We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, renovating and reselling them to retail home buyers and landlords.
Founded in 2019 by Javier Yturralde and Catalina Yturralde, Kassa Redevelopment is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance. We aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Houston and its neighborhoods.
Since its inception, Kassa Redevelopment has passionately pursued the goal to help hundreds of people in our community find an answer to their real estate needs.
Our organization is proud to be a member of the Better Business Bureau and has been an upstanding member of the Houston area for years.
We have invested a great deal of time, energy and capital investment into our real estate education, attending the nation's premier real estate investing education program - FortuneBuilders Mastery.
Beyond the principles of sound investing, we were trained on how to build a successful business based on systems and predictability.
